Payments are received by Empire Palace Group Inc., a Delaware for-profit corporation that operates Altruism Lab. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Support funds research and operations; it does not guarantee any outcome, and verified impact to date is zero. Questions first? Contact the Lab.
1. Where would you like it to go?
A non-binding preference. It guides how the Lab reports and prioritizes, but funds are not earmarked or restricted.
2. Choose an amount
Financial support is separate from the free Altruism Coalition. Payment is never required to apply and gives no selection advantage.

What support would move forward
Proposed research steps, each with a deliverable and an evidence gate. No amount is tied to a specific output, and nothing here is a funded or staffed project.
- 01Ending poverty
Turn the white paper into testable assumptions
Deliverable. A public list of the proposal’s assumptions, each paired with the evidence that would confirm or refute it.
Evidence gate. Published before any feasibility claim is made.
Proposed - 02Ending poverty
Feasibility review: funding, inflation, fraud, administration
Deliverable. A written analysis of the open questions, inviting outside critique from economists and benefits specialists.
Evidence gate. No pilot design proceeds unless this review finds a credible path.
Proposed - 03Ending factory farming
Baseline method for institutional menus
Deliverable. A measurement protocol for plant-forward shifts, built on the published measurement framework.
Evidence gate. A baseline is required before any change is reported.
In development - 04Both missions
Bounded pilot design with a willing institution
Deliverable. A written scope with success and stop conditions, agreed before work begins.
Evidence gate. Results enter the Impact Ledger only with a source.
Proposed
Underwrite a defined piece of research.
Sponsorship discussions and commissioned research inquiries. Scope, independence, and publication terms are agreed in writing before any work begins.
Funding never purchases conclusions. Sponsors are disclosed, findings are published whether favorable or not, and conflicts of interest are declared.
- Research papers & economic feasibility studies
- Animal welfare intervention research
- Institutional pilot designs

Future charitable giving
Not currently available.
Altruism Lab does not currently offer a tax-deductible giving path. If a qualified fiscal sponsor or separate tax-exempt entity accepts support for this work in future, that option will be clearly identified and administered separately.
